Monica lectures and tutors in business and law across Australia's top universities including Sydney University, Macquarie University and University of Technology, Sydney. She is actively involved in research across the music, business, law and education fields.

Monica is unit convener and lecturer in business and corporations law at MQBS. She also lectures and tutors in Business & Corporations Law, International Business, International Operations, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, HR Law, Business Organisations, Taxation, Property Law and Music Business and Professional Practice
